Steve has been leading Hand to the Plow Ministries since it was founded after a college missions workcamp in 1983. His vision for “making disciples of all nations” and zeal for seeing an “awakening” have been the driving force in his ministry. Steve and his wife, Linda, have been married since 1983 and have five incredible kids. His personal website is stevecoder.net.
Luke Coder

Having graduated with dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, Luke helps with the kinds of technical details that would drive most of us crazy. He was a part of the original expedition to convert many Beta tapes from the 70’s and 80’s into digital format for use on the site. He helps to make vision a practical reality!
Karise Coder

Karise has been with the ministry since her teens and has helped to develop the vision of Outpost from its inception. She is a gifted songwriter and worshipper as well as a stay-at-home mom raising her and Luke's three beautiful children, Sharon, Nora & Gad.
Tami Spurlock
Tami SpurlockOffice Manager
Tami has been with Hand to the Plow Ministries since 1985. She is at the heart of every aspect of HTTP Outpost, taking care of all the logistics and books. Her gift of administration keeps things going! Beyond the office, she is a faithful servant and warrior in the Kingdom of God.
Rachel Simms
Rachel SimmsOutpost Director
Rachel joined HTTP Outpost full-time in 2012. As Outpost Director, she is responsible for web and graphic design. Rachel is called as an intercessor, and by faith through prayer, makes up the difference “between the way things are and the way they should be.” Her favorite meal is sweet tea and BBQ ribs!
Jessa Coder
Jessa CoderCommunications Director
Jessa joined Hand to the Plow Ministries after high school and God uses her to bring Kingdom atmosphere wherever she is serving. She is a communicator extraordinaire and keeps us all “in the loop.” She is also on the “GO” team and has travelled around the world on many different mission trips.
